Squeeze the juice from the lemons then blend all ingredients thoroughly and store in a glass jar. Take 1 cup up to 4 times a day until all your flu symptoms are gone!

The Red Juice in Red Meat From the Grocery Store Isn't Really Blood...

If you believe that the raw meat juice is blood
then that is where you are sadly mistaken my friends.
The red juice is actually the mixture of water and protein and myoglobin.
What is myoglobin?
Myoglobin is a common protein which has the ability to store oxygen in muscle cells.
Myoglobin has high level of red pigment so the more that is added the redder the meat.
Red meat gives an appearance that it is fresh.
Giving the meat a "fresh" appearance allows the grocery store to sell more.





3 HEALTHY FOODS THAT ARE NOT SO HEALTHY.




1. CANNED TOMATOES- Many canned foods contain BPA, a toxic chemical. linked to abnormalities such as Breast Caner, Prostate Cancer, diabetes and heart disease. BPA is released into the canned foods not only limited to canned tomatoes.


2. FAT FREE SWEETS- Fat free cookies and cakes are deceiving. People believe that because they are "fat free" that they are "calorie free" so naturally we think its ok to eat more. All the sugar in these products replaces the fat so in the end you are still consuming large amounts of calories.


3. TRAIL MIX- Eating trail mix as a healthy snack because you think its low in calories? Wrong, trail mix actually pretty high in calories. Although there are possible healthy mixes with nuts and berries, the mixes that are most consumed contain candy coated pieces and yogurt covered raisins which are high in sugar and carbohydrates.
